SHIPPING and DELIVERY:

 All shipping is USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate or First Class. 

 We cannot ship using Media Mail due to postal restrictions except in special instances. (Material containing advertising cannot qualify for Media mail per Postal Service Regulations).

 The checkout process does calculate and combines shipping automatically. See rates below.  Though we are not responsible for lost or damaged items (See Return Policy), we will work with you on our end to help resolve any problems. Just contact us. 

We ship out almost every day so if you realize you need more items and would like to add to your order, contact us as soon as possible.

We try to get the best value for you. You will see when you get your items the care we take to assure safe delivery. In box rates, if more will fit comfortably we will notify you as to how full the box is. If you over paid and we can fit into the lower rate shipments, we will let you know and send refunds.

Shipping is calculated by # of items on shipping statement. We do not go by actual weight. When an item is oversized it counts as 2 items for calculations (see Large).

Magazines are in 2 size categories:

Regular sized: (Up to approx. 8.5" x 11" and under 16 oz.)

Large sized: (Oversized - extra thick or heavy or larger than 8.5" x 11")

If a magazine is large or oversized, there will be a note after the description. It will count as 2 items (Units) on shipping statement. 

Limit for large magazines is two (2) per Flat Rate packet. Three (3) or more will require Flat Rate Box (most economical).

S&H for a single regular size magazine = $5.25

2 - 4 Regular size or 1-2 Large = $8.00 Flat Rate. (A great deal)

5+ Regular or 3+ Large: $16.00 Up to 14 items. Flat Rate.(Super deal)

15 items or more shipping is FREE !!! (Stupendous)

Tax Charges:

Tax is added to Texas customers only.

Tax is not charged on shipping costs.

U. S. Insurance is not available as an option at this time.

DELIVERY TIME:

No orders are shipped until paid in full. All checks and e-checks must be cleared, money orders deposited.

U.S. Customers: We print all postage online. U. S. orders seem to be very fast; 2 to 3 business days most of the time. Though Delivery Confirmation is free, the postal service does not guarantee actually tracking the items and they are not always able to trace them.

International: Please be aware: Packages leaving the U.S. are not tracked or traceable and though we are usually using Priority Mail and that sounds fast, it is no faster than any other mail. These packages always require customs forms and therefore there will be times that it may take 30 or so days to get your orderoverseas or even to Canada due to the postal authority backlog in customs. This is out of our control unfortunately and we ask your patience when this happens. We find that usually the packages do eventually make it to the destination safely and are hardly ever lost.
